April meeting has been reset for April 29
The April meeting has now been reset. We have the same program, so please plan to attend April 29, 2008 at 5:00 P.M. if you can.
Meeting date changed

Elementary presenters added to April meeting
Carla Autry, Becky Hare, and Rod Patterson from J.D. Lever Elementary have agreed to present the Senteo learning system along with the original presenters from Aiken High, Tomo Switzer and Debbie Orsini. Please join us for the meeting!
Teacher scholarship deadline extended
The deadline for the scholarship application has been extended to March 14. Winners will be contacted by March 31 and awards will be handed out at our April 3 meeting.
April meeting
This meeting will be held at Aiken High School. Tomo Switzer and Debbie Orsini of Aiken High and Carla Autry, Becky Hare, and Rod Patterson of J.D. Lever Elementary will present the Senteo interactive response system.
The Senteo and the Smart Board help the teacher to instantly and accurately gauge the students’ understanding of concepts. This system includes a remote control for each student, a receiver, and the software. Come see how this new technology is being used in the high school and elementary classroom to engage and assess our students.
Wife Saver of Aiken will cater the meal. We’ll enjoy fried chicken, macaroni & cheese, green beans, bread/rolls, banana pudding, and tea. Send your check for $10.00 ($12.00 for non-members) to Mary Robinson.
